Course Process

The course is set up to guide you through the material. You will not have to access the next section, until the current section is completed. You will have 12 months from the purchase date to complete your certification.

Quizzes & Exams

To complete the certification, you will take nine (9) multiple choice quizzes at the end of each section. You have have 3 attempts to receive a passing score. 

Your Final Exam will consist of you filming and submitting an actual PICP Level 1 Upper Body Structural Balance Assessment. You will be graded by a PICP instructor on a Pass/Fail Rubric that is provided to you in to the course material.

Course Materials

The certification includes about 4 hours of instructional videos and a Level 1 Manual (PDF format). During the course you will cover the following topics in detail:

• Level 1 Theory
• Fundamentals of Program Design
• Explanation of what Structural Balance is
• Overview and demonstration of the Upper Body Structural Balance Assessment
• Exercise progression and technique of over 150 upper body exercises including variations
• Properly design training programs using Assessment results
